As far as I can remember I have always had a bike. Thinking back to the late 70s and early 80s, my pride and joy was a bright yellow Raleigh Boxer. As time went by, I graduated to the Raleigh Grifter and then onto a multitude of BMXs before getting my first road bike.

For over 20 years, I worked within customer services for a handful of multi-national companies. But in December 2014, I decided a career change was in order and there was only one way for me to go. I had to follow my passion for cycling.

With ever busier lifestyles, and certainly since the pandemic, being able to book your bike into your local bike shop for a service or replacement parts to be fitted is no simple task. From your time to take it in, the bike shop having to fit the work into their workshop schedule, and then being available to collect it, you could be without your bike for some time.

Book with Cranked for a time and place that suits you. Maintaining a bike can be expensive, so I am happy to fit any parts you have purchased or advise you on what you may need. I am qualified to Cytech Level 2 and can fit anything from a set of brake blocks to a full group set or even a frame swap.

I am happy to service your bike at your home or place of work as long as this is cleared with your company prior to booking.

I have a working radius of 20 miles from Rugby, however I am happy to go further afield for an additional £5 for every extra 10 miles travelled.
